The hotel offered a spacious room and was conveniently located near eateries. Staff members were friendly and helpful, pointing out local attractions. However, the first floor was quite noisy, making it hard to get restful sleep. Some amenities, like the pool bar, weren't available during my stay.

The pool area is amazing, especially the kids' water playground. Unfortunately, the breakfast selection could be better.

The room was clean and had comfortable beds. We loved the beautiful bay view as soon as we opened the curtains. The decor was bright and inviting, making the space feel cozy. The TV was a decent size and the A/C worked well. Only downside was the pillows weren’t great, but the bed itself was amazing!

It was just an optimal selection for a short staycation in San Juan with extraordinarily good value for money. The bartender did a good job making drinks, but the food service was a bit slow and orders got mixed up. Be prepared for some wait times when ordering food and drinks.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, with a very nice complimentary breakfast that included plenty of options and convenient access to various dining spots just blocks away. It only took about 10-15 minutes to get to the airport.

Perfect for family getaway

The staff were amazing! They really went above and beyond to help us out, especially with local tips. And the breakfast was legit, real food like sausage and eggs, not just granola bars. Loved it.

It wasn't exactly cheap but for what we got, it was still worth it.

Great stay near the cruise port!

We had a lovely time at this spot! The king room was perfect for us, and it had a little living area, which was neat. Breakfast was included, and the bar had decent snacks too. The location is prime, super close to restaurants and the cruise port. However, they could really improve on room service timing.

We had a blast celebrating my son's Senior Prom, especially enjoying the pool area and the excellent buffet breakfast. I'd definitely come back for that vibe!
